‘Guest books’ were very much in use on websites in the early 1990s. Guest books constituted an early form of interaction between the website owner and the users — and between users, because they could see each others contribution to the Guest book. A link to a ‘Guest book’ can be found prominently on the front page of the White House’s website, whitehouse.gov, that has inspired the structure of the present website.

Kære Niels Kender du disse kilder til norsk internethistorie i tidlig 90'erne. Det er godt nok Norge, ikke Danmark, men tænkte jeg alligevel ville sende dem.
